Procedure Disassemble
Taking a tractor as an example, its operation steps are disassembled as follows:
Preparation before starting: Check the adequacy of engine oil, coolant, fuel, etc.
Check tire pressure, transmission system, brake system, etc., are normal.
Turn on the power switch and check whether the indicator on the instrument panel is normal.
Start the engine: Put the clutch in the disengaging position.
Turn the start key or press the start button to start the engine.
Observe whether the engine is running smoothly and there is no abnormal sound.
Starting: Release the handbrake.
Slowly press down on the accelerator pedal while slowly releasing the clutch pedal to start the tractor.
Working: Select the right gear and speed for the job.
Observe the operating environment to avoid bumping into obstacles or injuring personnel.
Parking: Put the clutch in the disengaging position.
Release the gas pedal to slow the engine down gradually.
Turn off the power switch, unplug the start key or press the stop button.
Tighten the handbrake to make sure the tractor is stationary.
